Hi, I’m Cassie!
A big hello to you! My name is Cassie, and I am so humbled to have you come and get to know me here. My event planning story started way back as a little girl helping her dad host fun and memorable gatherings amongst our family and friends. So why are birthdays so special to me? I can thank my my dad for those amazing memories and tradition he held for me and my siblings growing up in the 80’s!
He was so intentional about making us feel celebrated on our birthdays, year after year. Our celebrations had everything to do with the special people who showed up to see us grow and celebrate another milestone in our intricate lives. I am so humbled now to be able to do this professionally and carry out my family traditions of gathering, eating, laughing and enjoying great company together with your family.
I am a homeschool mom of two kids who has been planning intimate events for the community of people I love. My specialty is not only in the little details that make an event so magical, but more importantly creating an experience for you and your loved ones to cherish and hold in your hearts!

Thankful for Cassie to the rescue during Covid time when my mother in law was still hesitant to celebrate her 70th milestone birthday in public. Cassie within a couple weeks was able to transform our living room into a small cozy venue with a movie theme decoration concept, coupled with gorgeous flowers and fancy dining ware. I can’t wait for our next event to have Cassie come to the Bay Area again to put some pizzazz into our celebrations!
Cassie did a wonderful job for my cousin’s 50th surprise birthday party at the Altadena Country Club. With a passion for event planning, the entire venue was perfectly tailored to a Chanel theme from the table linens to the party favors and the room was beautifully decorated too. She takes her work and clients very seriously, always offering the utmost care and attention to detail in everything she does. Thank you Cassie for making the evening so memorable for all of us. You’re the best event planner!! We’ll definitely look you up for our next event.
My mother's 100th birthday celebration was the Best. A 100 relatives came saying it was fun & magical all due to Cassie's great organization skills. Thanks for a wonderful way to show how much we love my momma May.
